You’ll stroll through our 22 hectares of native and non-native vineyards surrounding the agritourism, providing breathtaking views. Immerse yourself in the wine culture, learning wine making secrets, discovering soil and vine characteristics, as well as grape production and transformation techniques.
Our expert sommeliers will lead you on a physical tour of the facility, guiding you through the vineyards and wine production areas of Judeka wines. You’ll visit the vineyard and cellar, culminating in an extensive wine tasting—ranging from prized whites to DOC wines, from Frappato to the renowned Cerasuolo di Vittoria, a well-known DOCG. Learn about each wine’s unique characteristics and intriguing production techniques.
The Judeka wine tasting includes food pairings with each glass, featuring dishes from the tasting menu of our restaurant, Passo 65. Discover captivating wine and food combinations, where flavors, textures, and aromatic notes perfectly complement the fragrant, floral, fruity, and herbal hints of the exquisite Judeka wines.
The wine tasting menu revolves around the seasonality of the raw materials provided by our organic garden, making it subject to variations depending on the season.
