The day will begin with excitement and anticipation as you approach the kitchen, ready to take on culinary challenges and explore the secrets of Sicilian gastronomic tradition. You’ll be surrounded by fresh organic ingredients, which you’ll select and harvest directly from the agriresort’s garden, just 65 steps away from the kitchen. This combination of tradition and sustainability creates a unique environment for you to unleash your creative flair.

You’ll face various challenges in preparing lunch or dinner for the guests, carefully selected by you, providing a list of people before starting the service. You’ll deal with the fast-paced rhythm that a restaurant demands and work alongside the Passo 65 kitchen staff, always under the attentive supervision of the agrichef. Your passion for cooking and enthusiasm for creating exquisite dishes will drive you to overcome any obstacles.
